LionTree Executive in Residence

Fatine Layt is a veteran investment banker, investor, and entrepreneur, currently serving as president of A Curated By Group, where she also holds the role of publisher for A Magazine Curated By. 

Layt is also “Executive in Residence” at LionTree, a U.S.-based global investment and merchant bank specializing in Telecom, Media, Technology, and the Digital Economy. LionTree has played a key role in over 100 transformative transactions valued at more than $700 billion across Europe and the U.S.

LionTree: Joined in 2017 to establish and expand its Paris office, focusing on M&A, merchant banking, fundraising, and investor relations.

A Curated By Group: Took over its presidency in 2024 to lead two key entities:

A Magazine Curated By: A biannual international cultural publication where each issue is curated by a leading fashion designer or house, exploring their creative universe through unique, personalized content.

Fatine Layt was was born in Casablanca and graduated from Sciences Po in Economics and Finance with honors. She is currently living in Paris and leading her activities from there.
