Layt started her career at Euris, one of the first French private equity firm (1989-2000). She then founded her own Advisory Boutique focused on Media, Food and luxury. Partanea was purchased by Oddo & Cie, a French Asset Manager (€50bn AUM) to build a larger investment banking practice. Layt became a member of the Executive Committee of the Group and the Chairman and Managing Partner of the IB platform : M&A, ECM, DCM and Corporate Brokerage. In January 2017, she joined Lion Tree and opened the Paris office to grow M&A, merchant banking, fundraising and Investor Relations efforts.
