Romain leads Adore Me’s team of 600 employees across the U.S. and Europe. With revenues growing exponentially from $1M in 2012 to over $300M in 2023, Romain has led Adore Me to become one of the fastest-growing companies in New York and one of the fastest-growing retailers in the U.S. In his previous life, Romain spent seven years working as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company on projects in Europe and South-East Asia.
