President at Planet Score

Sabine Bonnot is a leading expert in sustainable agriculture and food systems, currently serving as the President of Planet Score, an innovative sustainability labeling and eco-design system. With over a decade of experience, Sabine has been instrumental in driving transformative practices within the farming and agri-food sectors. Under her leadership, Planet Score has become Europe’s leading sustainability label for the food sector, collaborating with more than 300 brands across 12 countries to assess and improve food products based on key environmental factors such as climate impact, biodiversity, pesticide use and resilience in animal farming. 

Before joining Planet Score, Sabine worked in the agri-food and agrochemical industries at the multinational level. She later transitioned to promoting sustainable practices, serving as a board member and president of ITAB, a French research institute under the Ministry of Agriculture. She has been a long-time advocate for agroecological farming, and was rewarded for it by the French Minister of Agriculture in 2022.
