President at Planet Score

Sabine Bonnot is a leading expert in sustainable agriculture and food systems, currently serving as the President of Planet Score, an innovative sustainability labeling and eco-design system. With over a decade of experience, Sabine has been instrumental in driving transformative practices within the farming and agri-food sectors. Under her leadership, Planet Score has become Europe’s leading sustainability label, collaborating with more than 200 brands across 12 countries to assess and improve products based on key environmental factors such as climate impact, biodiversity, and pesticide use.

Before joining Planet Score, Sabine worked in the agri-food and agrochemical industries at the multinational level. She later transitioned to promoting sustainable practices, serving as a board member and president of ITAB, a French research institute under the Ministry of Agriculture.

Sabine is also a long-time advocate for organic farming, a member of FNAB, and co-leads the Agriculture and Rurality Commission of Europe Écologie-Les Verts (EELV).
